Welcome to the first episode of the Transform Your Prediabetes Podcast. Launching this podcast has been a true labor of love and I am super excited to present some new and different ways, for women over 50, to approach their prediabetes and weight loss issues.
Today I’m going to tell you a little bit about how I got here, and then move how you can start your transformational journey.
How many times have you started a diet but just couldn’t stick with it? Perhaps you do good for a few weeks and lose a few pounds, but just couldn’t sustain it. And when you put the weight back on, you feel like a failure because you have done this same thing so many times. And now, you just feel stuck.
I get it… I’ve been there so many times.
Before you build up the strength again, to go on another diet, I invite you to just stop and get refocused on what’s really important, so that you can start a new transformational journey from a place of inspiration. It’s the thing that will pull you along your desired path so that when you do decide to make changes, you will do so in a more positive and relaxed way.
