The Pillars of Transformation Part 1

If you have been struggling to get control of your blood sugar and permanently lose body fat, then it might be because you haven’t been focusing on the right strategies yet.

There are 4 areas that I feel are the foundational pillars to transforming your prediabetes and it is important that you take control of these areas, by addressing all of the things that are making your blood sugar go up.

And you need to do it…from the inside out

You need to create the conditions in your body, so that it can get into a healing state and so it can self regulate.

It’s really hard to get your body to do something, like release body fat, when it isn’t functioning well.

You need to bring all systems online!

Which is why I wanted to do this 4-part series, where I will share the transformational pillars that I pretty much live by. Pillars that keep me healthy, strong, and maintain my desired weight.

I have shared these pillars with my clients and patients, which has been truly transformational for them.

So if you have been doing everything to get control of your blood sugar and to lose weight, and nothing is working, it’s just that you are most likely putting all of your eggs in one basket, or two. Usually this is either diet and/or exercise, but there are other things to consider.
